Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pure Release Whitetail Scouting Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing and Fulfillment Time
Because our premium gear is made to order, we utilize a secure payment verification process before items are sent into production.
  • Order Processing Window: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your payment to securely clear and for our production team to process your order.
  • Production Time: Once processing is complete, custom printing and quality checks generally take an additional 2 to 5 business days before your order ships.
  • Total Time Before Shipment: Orders are typically handed off to the shipping carrier within 5 to 10 business days of placement.
Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines apply after the order processing and production window is complete.
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3 to 7 business days via major carriers (USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS).
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, seasonal peaks, or inclement weather.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has officially shipped. The tracking number will become active and scannable within 24 hours of generation.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pure Release Whitetail Scouting Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages and Issues
If you receive your order damaged, or if an item is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.
